Our Purchasing Order system has been upgraded, unfortunately there are some issues with orders being received by a number of our suppliers, our IT department are working to resolve the issue, however this may delay us receiving equipment ordered.
Ordering raisers - You will now only have one option in the raisers catagory. Please choose this option ONLY ORDER QTY 1. When checking out it will state there is no stock. Please continue to check out and complete the form when prompted to do so. ICES will determine which raisers are required. You will need to provide a photo on the form so please take these during your visits. When adding pictures to form once you have selected the document you need to press import otherwise your document will not show. You can add as many pictures as needed just remember to press import after each one.
CHANGE OF PROCESS FOR ORDERING SPECIAL EQUIPMENT. Special equipment now needs to be ordered on elms. Please contact ICES for the instruction document if you have not already received this.

12.12.25 - UPDATE - We are currently having some issues with the supply of 27 inch Shower boards, we will not receive any until mid-end January. We do have some 27 inch bath boards available on Elms
12.11.25 - UPDATE - When ordering equipment can you please search in the category rather than inputting a code (i.e. TO02/012 OR BA04/042), as we may have alternatives available and Ices staff then have to go into each client and swap the item therefore creating more work.

ALL - On client details screen under mobile number SMS allow if you update this to select yes and we have a mobile number they will receive a text message the day before reminding them of delivery/collection the following day. To reduce the amount of No Reply.

We do not collect Hospital beds and mattresses, if you are arranging equipment to be collected can you please inform family they need to contact Arjo Huntleigh for beds and mattresses to be collected.
